Fantastic little spot to lay your head, if not a bit quirky. Great facilities in the room, and the pub above was great, good food and nice ambiance, great attentive staff. Would have been 5 stars across the board except for the realisation that the walls in the rooms are very thin and you can hear your neighbours.

Sadly we come to london from the north for cancer treatment, however the waterway was the most tranquil and beautiful place we have ever stayed in London.. you just felt away from all the hassle and felt safe.. when you come for treatment, this is exactly how you want to feel.. the room was amazing, large and with everything you need.. i would truly recommend the hotel to everyone, you will not be disappointed.. the staff are so nice too x

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Hidden Gem in London! 🇬🇧 When our taxi dropped us off, we thought, “Okay… where is the hotel?” 😂 We couldn’t find it anywhere! We asked someone working in the restaurant, and he said, “The hotel is right here — in the basement!” Needless to say, we looked at each other like, “The hotel is WHERE?” 😂 But honestly, what a pleasant surprise! The Waterway Hotel is small, with only three rooms, but our room was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed — a great bed, large TV, beautiful bathroom, and even our own little private outdoor space. It was definitely different, but in a really good way. The staff were wonderful, especially the lady who checked us in. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We also enjoyed eating at the restaurant upstairs, and hotel guests receive a 10% discount, which was a nice bonus. We stayed for three days and really enjoyed ourselves. The restaurant has a beautiful, cozy atmosphere, and the whole place feels warm and welcoming. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! We had to cut our London trip short because Paris was calling 🇫🇷, but if we return to London, the Waterway will definitely be on our list. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for something unique, cozy, and a little different from the typical hotel experience! ❤️ Love everyone there Ramses and Sherry room # 1 September 19 through 22nd.
