The doormen, concierge, housekeeping and waiting and restaurant staff were wonderful! They were so pleasant, helpful and polite. Reception staff were different, not as friendly - do they have a different training for their role? Lovely room and facilities. The breakfast was superb as was the lounge access for a quiet environment with drinks and snacks. Thank you!
