We stayed at The Victoria for 2 nights as we were going to the rugby World Cup final at Twickenham. We parked at the rear of the hotel before checking in, which was quick and straightforward. The room was cosy, comfortable and clean. We ate in the restaurant the first night. The food was delicious and the servings were generous and the staff were attentive. We had a cooked breakfast Saturday and the continental Sunday. Both were tasty. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend staying here

The Victoria July25

Stayed as a 'last minute' decision..and pleased we did. Good location.. quiet and peaceful setting but easy to get to Kew, Richmond and Richmond Park . Great atmosphere in the pub..given the location, it's mainly locals not tourists..very welcoming and friendly pub team. Continental breakfast included which was very good - quality and quantity. Rooms furnished and equipped to a high standard (only one minor thing to note..and it really is minor given all of the positives...room was really warm, even with the fan running ). All good - would definitely stay again .

This is a lovely property. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. I've scored it lower for a few reasons. There's no air conditioning - there was a fan, but it was very warm when I stayed, and the fan didn't really do much. It was noisy from planes hoing into and out of Heathrow. I stayed at the beginning of the week, when the pub is closed and the nearest shops are 15min walk away.

A great find.

Great find. Close to London but with that village feel. Close to Richmond Park and great shops on the high street. Wonderful pub, got it just right. Comfortable, classy, great food, fantastic staff, not a single issue with anything. Room is amazing, large, boutique, individual. So much nicer than a bland chain hotel option.

An enjoyable stay

I enjoyed staying at the Victoria. I received a warm welcome and my room was good and comfortable. The meal I had in the bar in the evening was very good too. I would happily return for another stay at the Victoria when in the Richmond area.

Staff were excellent. The breakfast in the conservatory was a lovely experience and a great start to the day! Parking was easy and safe. Very good option for us as we were going to Wimbledon. Will use again!

We had a great stay at the Victoria, the room was clean and bed comfortable. The continental breakfast was an added bonus. We ate in the pub on Saturday night and were impressed with the food, tasty and very good value. The shower was unfortunately lacking power. We will definitely stay there again if we are down in the area.
