We spent four wonderful days in London and at the Hotel Viktoria Inn. The service at the hotel was simply perfect – thank you so much! The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortably furnished. We were particularly impressed by the warm hospitality of the entire staff – everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast and other meals were also plentiful and of very good quality. We felt completely at home and would gladly come back!

Great accommodation, friendly staff

Lovely, comfortable and clean room. Coffee machine, kettle and bottles of water available for free. Really welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. Location was great and only a few minutes walk from station. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Our stay was probably one of the best hotel experiences that I've had and more than fit our needs. Perfectly located to visit family near Dulwich, we loved being able to walk down the steps from our room to enter the bar/restaurant to be greeted by the friendly and accommodating staff. it felt like home.

The staff were amazing! Everyone was very helpful and kind. Great place to stay if you’re just looking to relax in a traditional English setting. Not very convenient if you’re planning on traveling to all the touristy attractions however. Overall, it was a wonderful visit!!

Not so good this time

Kept waiting absolutely ages to check in. No queue, just something ahead of me taking an extrodinarily long time to sort out. Finally got to the room and it was freezing cold. I would expect rooms with booking to be warm and comfortable. I had to ise the fan heater all evening and left it on all night. To top it all, the room (9) was very noisy, from what looks like the kitchen extractor machinery. This was my second stay here, the first one was great but this time was really not good value, for a cold noisy room, especially as the price has significantly increased.

We found the Victoria Inn wonderful...staff was so accomodating to all our needs both in hotel and bar...room was spacious and clean and well equipped with coffee and other condiments...and also bathroon...would recommend this Inn to family and friends

Very friendly staff, room comfortable with air conditioning which was definitely needed and already on when we got into the room. Room no 5 is on the front of the hotel so a little noisy. In a lovely area with nice cafe and restaurants within walking distance.

Lovely welcoming pub, comfortable bedroom with en-suite with a view overlooking gardens. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Friendly staff, lots of laughter.

We had a great stay for one night, the room was cosy and clean. The staff were super accomadating and friendly. It was a very convenient location for the 58th street experience. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and again the staff were lovely.
