Love this hotel!! Spacious room in London centrally located with delicious breakfast available. Super helpful staff. I had lovely morning runs along the river. I brought 2 teenage kids and my husband. Everyone had a great time.

We had a great three night stay, staff were friendly and helpful, room was well appointed and clean, the bar and breakfast were more expensive than surrounding venues, at more than $700 A night, it looks like breakfast would have been included. By far, my biggest disappointment was that the rooftop bar was closed, that was one of the main reasons we chose to stay there again !

This was an amazing central location. This was the tail end of our trip so we wanted to do it with style and this was perfect. We were greeted by a great staff who were very helpful throughout. The room was very comfortable and roomy. We were able to walk to all the local places like Covent Garden, Picadilly, etc. Great nearby pubs and food. We would definitely stay here again!

We arrived early and were able to gain access to our rooms which was great. The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. The only disappointment was that I had phoned in the week to book a table at the rooftop terrace only to find that when we went to go for our meal we were informed that the rooftop restaurant was closed for the year due to refurbishment. The other restaurant did not cater for our group so we had to eat elsewhere.
