There were places to eat nearby and in the heart of central London; it was a quiet area, and the rooms were exceptionally clean, with everything needed to make the stay go smoothly. The staff were all helpful and nice, offering tea or a drink. The hotel is worthy of 5 star. Please be aware that they do keep 150 pounds per night as incidental, return once all is well at the end of the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Shepherds Mayfair! From start to finish, the experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel was chic, the service was exceptional, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. A special thank you to Rajat and Diana for their attention to detail and the care they put into keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. Their thoroughness did not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciated it. We would also like to thank Ed for his wonderful assistance with concierge services. The location was another highlight! Being in such a walkable area was exactly what we were looking for, especially since our visit was brief. It made exploring and enjoying the neighborhood so convenient. Overall, Shepherds Mayfair was even better than we had hoped. We look forward to staying here again for future trips to London.
