Very busy iconic hotel right next to Buckingham Palace. Staff were really friendly. Rooms very very cute. Laundry service was reliable. Their breakfast was fancy. Once you step out the hotel, the energy of London hits you. Close to everything - they have a restaurant next to the hotel which service British favorites.

I liked the way we were greeted by a doorman when we arrived by taxi. He carried the bags straight in for us. It was also amazing to check in before 3pm. The meals were fantastic and the servers were excellent. All staff were very well dressed and helpful. I loved the location!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. From the location, to door man (shout out to Pascal), to the front desk to the beautiful, spotless room….pure class and excellence.
