Nice quiet hotel away from the madness that is Soho and Oxford St. very polite staff and a room upgrade for no apparent reason was a lovely gesture. No shower gel in the dispenser so glad I brought my own! All in all a nice stay, if the price is reasonable-which it was.

Perfect location for us, staff were excellent and the room well appointed and a reasonable size for London, and was cleaned to a high standard every day. No restaurant or bar, we were aware of this when booking, which would’ve merited a higher rating for amenities.
