Nice room albeit a bit small. The bed was a bit too firm for our liking but thats personal preference. The staff were very helpful and kind and it is in a great location close to the museums. Would recommend to someone visiting London for a city break as the hotel is very well located.

This hotel is in a lovely neighborhood and great location, near Hyde Park, Royal Albert Hall, and many museums, including the Museum of Natural History. The staff was incredibly helpful and supportive, going well above and beyond. There is a nice little bar area that also serves delicious dinners. Five + stars!!

Fahad and the team were exceptional. Very proactive customer service and always helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean and bright and full of amenities. Well stocked too. Internet fast. Facilities were good. Only complaints to balance the review: elevator is super slow and the gym is very limited. Nitpicking here on 2 minor things when compared to the location, cleanliness and dedication of the hotel staff.

Beautiful hotel with extremely helpful staff, could not do enough to help us during our stay. Perfectly located for the Royal Albert Hall - about a 3minute stroll. Short walk to the tube. Definitely recommend to others and hope to stay again soon.
