What a fantastic hotel and the location was great. We went for my daughter’s birthday and the staff could not do enough to make our stay memorable. Joseph on reception was especially wonderful. The rooms are lovely. We liked it so much we tried book again for the following weekend but unfortunately already fully booked.

Extremely helpful staff, including brunch recommendation and storing of luggage. Nice to go to a hotel where the air conditioning actually works properly. Concerns about the noise on Shaftesbury Avenue were alleviated by the excellent soundproofing. The room was spotless and the addition of a fridge on a hot day was very welcome.

Lovely staff, room was small but clean. Unfortunately we wouldn't stay here again as the bed in the standard double room was 3ft 9ins - by far the smallest bed we've ever had in a hotel. It was also against a wall which, for me, is not ideal.

The staff were excellent. Rooms were clean and air conditioned. Location is convenient. I wish the hotel had a lounge so we could hang out with our friends at the hotel. I also wish it had a dedicated space to eat breakfast -- the cafe next door was great but was also often busy.

This is a great Boutique style hotel. Great old building. Awesome location, short walk to Piccadilly Circus. LOTS of Pubs, resturants and sights within 5-10 minute walk. Staff was great, helpful.
