Wonderful staff and property. The rooms are beautifully designed and appointed. The staff is absolutely wonderful. When we visited it was very hot, it was nice having air conditioning in the room. My daughters and I spent our final 2 nights in London at The Pelham. It was the perfect cap to the trip. The location was excellent, the kindest staff, the beds were very comfy, and the small touches like the beautiful floral mugs and the pink slippers. The restaurant was delicious as well, we enjoyed an Italian supper, and filling breakfasts. We can’t wait to visit again.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for seven nights. We loved the location right across the street from the tube and a bus stop. The surrounding South Kensington neighborhood was very nice and felt high-end. The staff was kind and professional. Our room was well appointed. The mattress, bedding and towels were luxurious. I was very satisfied with my stay - the service was excellent, the room was clean, the breakfast was exceptional (possibly the best I’ve had in a European hotel), and the location is unbeatable.
