Basic budget hotel.

A basic budget hotel in a very convenient location. Very small room, no amenities. But literally a 2 min walk to bars, shops and restaurants of Pimlico. It was fine. Just very basic.

The staff was friendly ; helpful. But the property itself was very disappointing. Our bedsheets had stains on it and when we went to ask for replacement ; a kind gentleman brought sheets up but just topped it ontop of the stained bedsheets. We were honestly a bit worried about cleanliness after that. We understand that the structure of the hotel can not be changed - so it’s worth nothing that there was only 1 narrow stair 1 way to go up and down no elevators. For the room itself - it was the bed itself and you could not open suitcases flat on ground. Great for location but if we were to redo this trip we’d probably go elsewhere especially for cleanliness.

The room was clean. I was staying on my own and out in a basement room, with window that opened onto a filthy courtyard full of paint tins and all sorts so I didn’t feel overly safe as the window was easily accessible. I was told my key would open the front door, but that was still open and unlocked when I returned close to midnight There were no bedside lights or charging points near the bed, they were the opposite side of the room There was frequent noise from what I assume was other rooms using the toilet and showering. There was also a lot of noise of people rolling suitcases I think down the corridor quite late at night

This place had what we needed a clean bed and bathroom, within close walking distance to the theatre. Really excellent location, and for a place to rest your head it was perfectly good.

Nice little hotel

Great little hotel if you just want somewhere to stay,rooms are small but clean and comfortable. 10 minute walk to Victoria station. We only used the hotek for sleeping as we were out all day

Just ok for a one night stay!

There was smell in the bathroom and the door got jammed every time you closed the door. Beds were very soft, so you ended up sinking into the bed. You can also hear everything from rooms around you, so bring earplugs. Just ok if you are just staying for one night, but for the price of the place you would expect something bit better.

Loads of stairs up a none too clean 5 sets of stairs. We had heavy bags. Minute room, barely space to move around. Bed squashed into a tiny space. Nothing like the photo we saw. Very tiny bathroom, although adequate.

The staff were super helpful, this is a basic hotel for the price paid. The ensuite room we had was adequate. With tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer towels and a warm room. We had a ground floor room which was easy access. The external window could do with a clean but the room TV plenty of tea and coffee . Walking distance 10 mins to tube station local cafes and restaurants. It met our needs and reflected what we paid. Thank You.

Poor hotel

The room was so small we couldn't move and there was only 2 of us. When we arrived it was late and there were no lights on, to enter the room there was a step down into it which we didnt see so I fell off the step. There was water on the bathroom floor which we dried up bit it was back again in the morning. The matress has been sat on so much that the edge is saggy so I felt I was going to fall out of bed every time I turned over.

This property was in a good location but it was very old, there was a terrible smell that was not a normal smell in the bathroom. Bathroom lacked face clothes, mat, place to hang your towels and toilet paper holder. Very small, no room to put luggage. Patio door opened but was very hard to shut, comes off track. Seemed noisy at night on street. Would not recommend for the money.
