Our experience of this hotel was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The place was really clean. Had a large bedroom for three of us. The location was very good in that we could walk to Gloucester Road tube station in 5 minutes. We didn’t avail of the restaurant. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

The air con did not appear to function overly well. Big shame that they do not have a more eco-friendly approach. Using re-fillable dispensers for example. Lots of plastic waste.

My room was suprisingly large and even had a walk-in closet. The only downside was that the water in the bath-tap never got hot enough, whereas the shower went up to burning in temperature. Otherwise great stay and service. Really nice staff in reception and the rooms were very clean and fresh. Bonus points for tea kettle and a fridge.
