Only negative was that the air con was a little loud over night, but we made no attempt to adjust it snd it did not affect our enjoyment. From check in to departure the staff were 1st class. The room was clean and well presented easy to access yet also secure. The location was brilliant for finsbury park (our purpose,) and central london. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked this hotel for two nights for my 22 year old daughter. She was going to a concert in London alone. The staff are helpful, friendly and polite with excellent service. On check in she was given a free drink. The rooms are beautiful, clean with lovely decor. She said it was very homely, didn’t feel like a hotel room & the bed so comfy. There was free tea, coffee facilities, water in fridge, biscuits, crisps, iron & ironing board, safe, shower cap, etc & free Wi-Fi & Netflix. Great location with McDonald’s one minute walk, close to tube & bus amenities & Camden market very close. My daughter said she had an excellent stay at the hotel & will definitely use this hotel again. Highly recommend.

Really pleasant experience. Staff are so friendly. Free drink on check in. Discounted lunch as staying. The lunch was beautiful, best burgers we've eaten. We were in room 6 right at the top of 2 small flights of stairs. Very comfortable, not noisy. Within a short easy walk to the O2 forum and Kentish Town tube station. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing staff, very helpful and friendly. Rooms were really nice, especially if you like dog pictures. Very spacious with lots of amenities. Would recommend especially for concerts as 5 minutes right down the road from O2 Forum

Fantastic hotel. The pub downstairs was a lovely welcoming area, and the staff got us checked in within a few minutes. They were very helpful and friendly. Our room was bright, fresh, and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room had lots of fab features including air con, slippers, Nespresso machine, plus complimentary snacks and drinks! Highly recommend 10/10.

A Warm Welcome and a Beautiful Stay

Absolutely wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful — they assisted me over the phone with clear instructions and made everything feel easy. When I arrived, they even offered me drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room had some complimentary coffee, candy, and water — a lovely welcome after a long day. The room itself was beautiful: new, clean, and designed with a charming wooden vibe that felt both cozy and custom-made. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was absolutely gorgeous — a real highlight of the stay. Highly recommend!

Lovely base for North London and exploring Camden area. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable the only minus in all the positive is the fact that all the doors are quite noisy - other rooms door into each bedroom, corridor doors too- even the internal bathroom door. But would recommend as all round experience very good.

Excellent stay in London!

What a lovely spot in Kentish Town! Close to the tube station Northern line and a very short walk to Camden, this spot was perfect for my very brief stay in London. The place is practically brand new. The bed was super comfortable which was a huge plus!
