Most amazing staff we have ever experienced during a hotel stay. Gila and Daniel went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was perfect. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. What a find! Fantastic location and beautifully maintained gem of a hotel, steps from Buckingham Palace and the tube station. The staff were knowledgeable and incredibly helpful with suggestions for places to eat (the Bed of Nails pub was excellent)and options for getting to Heathrow airport. Our room was spotlessly clean, well appointed with plenty of space for our extensive luggage. The bathroom was large with a luxurious shower. Room service Breakfast can be ordered in advance. There is no breakfast area nor bar and the foyer area is not large. However if you are looking for an exceptional place to stay in a great location for a reasonable price, the Resident is hard to beat. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this hotel and staff. A 5 star stay all round!

This is an outstanding property with incredible service. From the second we arrived, the staff were on hand to help and they could not have been lovelier. The welcome we received was exemplary and staff were fantastic throughout our stay and even after we’d checked out! The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. There are lots of options in the local area for food / entertainment. We will absolutely be returning!!!
