We had an absolutely glorious stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. We had a late lunch at the Leopard Bar, and breakfast each morning of our stay. The hotel is situated on a quiet street just across from the National Museum and close to the universities. It is convenient to the theatre district. We definitely will stay here again, when we return to London one day.

Beautiful traditional British boutique hotel. Would highly recommend. Staff was welcoming, room was booked for three travelers and delightfully extra bed was set up and there were three of everything. Loved the welcome treats and abudance of outlets. The only reason I did not rate as excellent was the shower set up. Was obviously designed by a man.

Great location and charming boutique hotel with very large rooms. Staff was friendly. However, the hotel is as dated as charming and you should not expect any of the modern amenities including e.g. gym or international outlets. Also, the hotel was not as clean as I would have hoped and I even found one of the towels in my bathroom had dark stains :-(
