Staff was exceptional! The bed and pillows were comfortable and the area is quiet. The location is very convenient for walking to shows, attractions and good independent local restaurants. The breakfast buffetwas plentiful and we would stay here again.

Close to British museum and tube was close Very nice hotel and room. Bathroom and bed was very nice. Wish the breakfast was included. There was a surcharge for housekeeping. We were made aware of it at beginning of stay , however, a strange add on.

We had a fabulous overnight stay. From the moment we entered, the service was excellent. The room upgrade was lovely as was the lunch and dinner we had there. The area of leafy Bloomsbury is delightful- the hotel being situated near Russel Square. We are happy to recommend this 4/5 star hotel.

Nice hotel next to the British Museum, quiet area, but lots of construction during the time of our stay, resulting in traffic congestion in the area. Its an older building so be prepared for the smaller room size and creaking floors, older furnishings and bathrooms, though clean, could use updating (chipped tub enamel).
