The location is hard to beat and the breakfast is good. However, for the price it simply isn’t good enough. The room air wasn’t fresh and the air on gave us a headache (not a problem elsewhere). Carpets in the halls are threadbare. It felt to us that it needed a total facelift. Every part felt overcrowded- only two large lifts, small gym, lobby always full of people idling about. We wouldn’t stay again

Very clean, well appointed room, with a really nice bathroom. Obviously in a great part of London (being in Mayfair). Very nice and helpful staff. Had a nice bar that we were thankfully able to get into at least once. Sadly, what we were able to do later in the day was very limited since the hotel was so busy. So we weren't able to access the bar or the spa the rest of our stay.
