We had a fantastic stay. The rooms were large, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is located a 1minute walk to Great Portland Street Station so transport access around London is easy. Good walking distance to Hyde Park and other local landmarks. Would recommend to anyone and would stay here again.

A beautifully clean and well presented hotel. The staff were all welcoming and very polite. Breakfast was amazing with an excellent choice for everyone. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Outstanding - how hotels should be. Doesn't feel like a hotel. Very comfortable room. Choice of three pillows which I loved. Clean. Loved the included breakfast which was amazing, and a well equipped gym too. Fabulous all round.

Fantastic hotel - I need to try more Melia’s!

The Melia is great - high attention to detail and service. New large bottle of water in room everyday. Daily turndown service. Great fitness center. And The Level is amazing for breakfast or a snack anytime of day. Staff is friendly, attentive. Also a great location!

We only stayed for one night but have to say it was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in (and we have stayed. In many!) Everything was perfect, the check in, our bedroom, the bar was cosy and welcoming and the buffet breakfast this morning was amazing! The hotel was perfect in every way, excellent value for money for a central London hotel and really should be rated five star.

Superb location, but did have to switch rooms

Lovely hotel with a nice bar and restaurant, though the first room didn’t have a door on the bathroom (we asked to swap). In general, rooms could use a tad updating. Very convenient location right next to Regents park.

So so so good.

Really incredible hotel, amazingly central location- the Level services were almost too good- very euro/scandi style breakfast, the snacks/happy hour vibe was so good, the lounge super chill, fast WiFi, decent room with big bathroom, lots of room for luggage and toiletries. Will be back.
