The hotel is in a fantastic location, the facilities are excellent, and what truly stood out was the outstanding customer service from the team. A very special thank you to Victoria, Lubna, Ramon and specially Silvia, who were all absolutely wonderful. Their kindness, professionalism, warmth and genuine care made such a positive difference to our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel looked after, and their thoughtful attention and excellent service were truly appreciated. Thank you again for your hospitality. Gym was small & very busy. No seperate gym for The Level, just utilising the same as the rest of the hotel. Getting a workout in the morning was impossible. Breakfast is great & has a good selection of foods. Service overall was fine. Unfortunately they have added a ‘discretionary service charge’ to this hotel now… upon checking out I was informed of the £10.50 charge for a 2 night stay, with no explanation as to what it was for. Assistant was happy enough to remove the bill, but this left a sour taste.

We had a fantastic stay. The rooms were large, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is located a 1minute walk to Great Portland Street Station so transport access around London is easy. Good walking distance to Hyde Park and other local landmarks. Would recommend to anyone and would stay here again.

Great location and easy access to theatres, parks, Royal Academy of music and general shopping . Everywhere is accessible and easy to get to . Well connected with tube lines, although Tottenham Court Road is very easy to walk to. I’ve been here a few times and continue to come back - The Level is worth paying the extra for the breakfast / all day refreshments and Tapas/ drinks . Truly lovely .

The bed was so comfortable and the room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly. The water pressure and temperature of the shower was perfect. The room had plenty of space. My only two complaints were that there was dark hair in the sink. I am blonde, so it definitely was not mine. One of the sockets next to the bed didn't work either, but there were plenty of other outlets around the room.
