This is my favorite hotel in London! I love the classic feel with a South Asian touch, the rooms are so spacious and comfortable, and I’m obsessed with the shower. The staff are always so courteous, I’ve stayed twice now and will definitely continue to return!

Lovely staff, great location! [Only complaint: The linear drain cover in the shower was not properly installed-leaned up against the shower wall-it needed to be thoroughly cleaned and reinstalled.] Second time to stay here-would definitely book again! Again, the staff was wonderful and the property was beautiful except for the shower drain issue [which I am sure has been resolved!] Thanks for a wonderful stay!

It is a well located property. Handy to the station and sights. The access in the hotel is awkward, which is due to the structure itself (being a school). To get to our room we had multiple doors with security. Our room had very high ceilings which made it feel spacious.
