Quaint - that's the word. Quaint hotel in Covent Garden, within walking distance to the theaters. Would I go back? Yes. West-end theaters are a 10-minute walk, with some good places to eat along the way.

We really enjoyed our stay at Henrietta Experimental in Covent Garden. The location is fantastic—right in the middle of a very busy, lively area, but once you step into the hotel and your room, it feels peaceful and quiet. The bed and linens were amazing—we are definitely bed and linen snobs, and they did not disappoint! Housekeeping was excellent, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and always happy to help. Overall, a wonderful stay in a great location. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was difficult to locate for our Uber driver because it was on a blocked street (pedestrian only) and minimal signage. That said, everything else was pretty wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful The room was clean and well serviced. There was also a lovely restaurant attached with a great brunch. The hotel was well located as we were able to walk to shops, restaurants and shows and some of the sights Leave at least 1-1.5 hrs of travel time to the airport.

I think this was my fourth or fifth time staying there. All I can tell you is that everything about it is perfection, but not in a stuffy way. Five stars on every count was not an exaggeration. The staff are so warm and welcoming and treat you like an old friend even on the first visit. The location couldn’t be any better. A safe pedestrian street with easy access to the tube and shopping and strolling.

Great location in the heart of Covent Garden. Quiet & private. The view over the church & gorgeous rose garden were a bonus. Room was spacious and the bathroom had a huge bath and separate shower. Lovely little touches like a shortbread for turn down service. The bar & restaurant were fantastic - great cocktails. Perfect little hotel. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel’s location is great. It’s close to most theaters (5 to 10 minute walks) and very near excellent restaurants. The elevator was not working on our check out day which meant that our room was three floor walk up that I struggled with. They have a terrific restaurant where the breakfast was offered. We would try to stay there again.

The location is amazing and the staff were fabulous. The room was small but with good lighting. There was no place to unpack a suitcase for a 5 night stay. It made manage our clothes and belongings a challenge. We would be hesitant to return.
