Phenomenal staff who are very helpful, thoughtful and friendly. It was my birthday and they left a lovely card with a box of chocolates. Absolutely perfect location in Covent Garden and easy walks to China Town and SOHO. Pillows and linens are top notch and soooo comfy. Super clean. Love, Love, Love this place and will stay again. Perfect location in Covent Garden very convenient for shopping and shows. I had a beautiful room though slightly smaller than expected for a luxury room, the rooms booked on my previous stay were considerably more spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful, definitely a great place to stay.

Perfect location! You can even catch the tube straight from Heathrow airport to just like 5 blocks away from the hotel without even having to switch train lines. You walk right out of the front door of the hotel and there’s 100 things to do by foot within minutes….my second time staying there; it’s a really fantastic hotel that I would totally recommend.

Lovely location right around the corner from Covent Garden. The area was nice and quiet mid-week. The room was cozy and clean; great shower. One bathroom fixture needed attending to, but otherwise this was a pleasant, pretty, comfortable property in an unbeatable locale.
