Very helpful and friendly staff! Good sized room and a quiet area of North London so a good night's sleep is almost guaranteed. Easy late night entry with room key card. Decent and fresh made to order breakfast included in the room price, so all in all good value for money. Underground and/or train station are about 15-30min walk away.

Just returned from a one night stay. Everything was spotlessly clean and staff were all friendly, efficient and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, piping hot with good quality ingredients. Only negative was a slightly squeaky bed and pillows not soft enough for my liking. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we are in the area

LOVELY people work here who are just so kind and helpful. They let us store our luggage when we arrived early and they took it down to our room when it was ready. We stayed 2 times as we returned after visiting France so we've stayed in 2 different rooms. Both were lovely, well maintained, clean. Showers are great, one of the rooms had a soaking tub. Definitely great for families with young children. Breakfast was exceptional along with the service. They do have a full bar and serve other meals, which we did not try. The down side is there is no elevator so brace yourself for heavy luggage. Additionally, the hotel uses very strong fragrance throughout, which is quite potent. Something light and fresh would be better for people with allergies.

I was most surprised as I didn't know what I was expecting. Located in a respectable quiet area, from the outisde a modest building but once inside the decor was unsuspecting but beautifully done. When taken to our room we were led to a door leading to under the staircase down into the cellar. I thought here we go! I was gobsmacked. The decor was all white with white gloss floor tiles, clinically clean and fresh smelling. Yes there are no windows but every room is ventilated and well lit like daylight. There is no air con but even on a day where the temperature was 28 degree it was cool. Good shower, comfy beds and decent TV with actual channels you could watch and link your phone to. The breakfast was faultless. Freshly cooked to order and well presented. My only regret was not trying an evening as we were out all day. The staff were all briliant and the entire team spoke fluent English making communication incredibly smooth. Maria was great. Would definitley stay again.
