Great staff. Lovely modern room. Nice food. BUT: the basement rooms are under the pub and loud music and talking went on past midnight. A green light constantly on also made it very difficult to get to sleep. And pillows like boulders.

Great early arrival time, staff excellent and very helpful, room clean, beds comfortable had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was of good quality and well presented again the staff was very organised and he helpful with the menu. Only thing I would recommend is better shower tap (one with thermostat). Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again.

Room was right over bar so it was noisy until closing time. There was also a sulfur (rotten eggs smell) coming from the shower drain from time-time, which I understand is an ongoing issue with the piping. But the room was very pleasant and clean and the staff was wonderful and attentive.
