The location was good and centrally located. The rooms were very small and had no place for suitcases. The staff continually told us our room would be ready early but we waited hours. The room was very warm even though they told us they fixed it.

Enjoyed our two night stay at The Guardsman. Very nice upscale boutique hotel in a great location in the heart of London's Westminster district. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. A/C worked great while we were there. Would highly recommend.

The Guardsman is in an excellent location short walk to Westminster Abbey & Parliament. Lovely decor, comfortable beds, very nice staff. Many restaurants nearby, best was Buckingham Arms pub around the corner, fabulous food.
