We had a lovely stay when we visited the Victoria palace theatre to watch Hamilton. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the theatre and there was lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Room was well kept and the staff were very friendly and keen to help out. We were given a discount at the bar which was good, although we forgot to use it, we thought it was a nice gesture. Overall a pleasant stay and we would recommend it :)

The hotel is well situated and close to many tourist highlights, the theatres for Hamilton and Wicked (probably others as well), restaurants and the Victoria Station underground, which makes getting around easy. The rooms might be smaller than what most North American travellers are used to but they are beautifully decorated, functional, quiet, clean and comfortable. Every staff member was extremely helpful. 10/10 recommend.
