Nicely appointed and large room with super comfortable bed. AC worked great. Especially enjoyed the snacks. Since it is a pub, it is a bit noisy until about 11pm but was able to sleep just fine. Staff were super nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in London. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, cafés, and transportation. I also really loved the hotel’s style and wall art, which made the place feel charming and unique. What a fun place to stay! Would recommend this place to everyone! Room was very comfortable and well maintained. Staff was amazing. A/C works great too. But the stairs are steep if you have a mobility issue.

This property was perfect for our stay. Check in is easy and the staff were so helpful with everything. A free cocktail upon check-in was much appreciated. Also, there was help with luggage and always a greeting while coming and going. The pub has really good food and a lovely rooftop garden. The location is great and walkable to great restaurants and shops. Tube station close by. The rooms are so comfortable, pretty, and quiet. Great shower and everything you need for a perfect stay. The air conditioning is a huge plus in the summer.

Very nice hotel located on the second floor of a cozy bar. We were a bit worried about the noise from the bar, but it closes after 23 and then it was a very calm area of London. Walking distance to most sights and the tube just around the corner. Friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay again. Bonus points that the first drink in the bar was included!

The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very accommodating. However, the hotel lacks some amenities and needs safer access into the tub/shower. There are no washcloths, and it is difficult to control the temperature in the shower. Walking up and down the steep steps was difficult.

Friendly staff, great location. Amenities were great - complimentary waters, toiletries, and teas/ snacks. Room was super clean and comfy. Well decorated and maintained. Only minor negative was no elevator for luggage (staff helped carry mine up) and the were floors are squeaky so could hear others staying in the hotel at night and in the morning. Overall, had a great stay and would book again
