For my money best hotel in London. First, location. Right near Buckingham Palace. We walked to Piccadilly, the theaters, Kensington Palace, and the St. James area (Lovely Jermyn Street!!) With no problem. Victoria Station right around the corner. Second, the physical plant. Absolutely lovely in every way. Third, the staff. Simply the best, most helpful, charming staff I have encountered. Fourth, the food. The Michelin rated restaurant soars!! Don't hesitate. You will absolutely love it.

They know service! The BEST service we've ever had

Really can't recommend this hotel any higher! The service, rooms, and decor were excellent. A very nice and easy walk to Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Westminster Abbey, and Big Ben. It's also close to a train station direct to Gatwick.
