Nice hotel (get the right room!)

Nice hotel, good size room, clean and tidy. Only issue is we had a room on the ground floor close to reception so very noisy particularly on a morning.

Great place in a quiet area of London

Just a 10 minute walk from Kings Cross. Property is down a very quiet street which is rare for London. Lovely, big bed and great shower. Only a short walk to Russell Square/Southampton Row, where there are ple ty of pubs & restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our mini break

The room was clean and everything looked new. We needed to go down the stairs from the back of the reception and go up the stairs to our room. The staff were friendly and helpful when carrying the luggage.

The experience was not great. The WiFi barely worked, cut out nonstop. Do not plan to work if you stay here and need internet. No elevator. Travel light, otherwise - may end up lugging a heavy suitcase up 4 flights or stairs. The 4th floor is quite warm and the fan sounded like a lawn mower.

Lovely room but rather small. Big comfy bed and good shower. Lovely quiet area. Quite a good cooked breakfast but no gluten free bread for coeliacs like me.
