Our room was clean, but very tiny. I’m used to small bathrooms, but this one is next-level small. I appreciated that they offered us a fan to use for the night. The reception was friendly and quick. The location next to King’s Cross is great for those using the train.

Worked great for our family for a one night stop before boarding the eurostar; quite small, but handy and everything you need; it is close to the station so there is some train and street noise but didn't bother us. Beds were comfy and clean.

The property was very clean and in a great area for dining and transportation. It was convenient for walking too. The staff, Matthew, office staff, cleaning staff were excellent and helpful.The room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. It was great having 3 beds. The price was amazing. The room was a little smaller than some of the bigger name hotels, but they made up for that in every other way! Loved our stay, appreciated the accomodations, and so intend to stay there again!!!

Great location, friendly service

The location couldn't be much better for sightseeing. It's a little bit noisy, but I was able to sleep without earplugs. There was no mold, no smoking allowed and no carpet (important when you have allergies) and you can easily air the room. The service was very friendly and helpful! I wouldn't recommend it for a romantic holiday, as everything is very basic and mornings will be early due to noise from people leaving early/cleaning, but it's a great budget stay.
