Fantastic location near the tube, shops, restaurants and the Royal Albert Hall. Great value for money too with big rooms, spacious beds and nice mocktail / cocktail menu. What an awesome hotel! It's like walking in to a fantasy land, with smiling polite staff and very quiet rooms. Particulalry enjoyed the lift decor.... Great place to stay for central london and the museums and easy to get to Wimbledon! Breakfast was one of the best features, eggs, bacon, sausages and continental delights.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, from check in to check out. The room was lovely and more spacious than I was expecting from the reviews and being in London. The hotel is in a lovely, quiet, safe location, which is easily walkable from South Kensington tube. Plenty of bars and restaurants are close by. Pleasant reception staff at check in and check out. Very comfy bed. Good shower. The only criticism I’d have is that the room wasn’t ideal for working in, due to having only a small semi-circular table, but that was just a minor detraction from an overall very enjoyable stay.
