The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. WIFI worked great!! The staff was friendly. I loved the location near Paddington and several grocery stores. The fan was helpful, as there is no AC. I would stay here again.

Very nice old hotel. Since it is in an older building, can be difficult to get large heavy bags to your room. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful.

A wonderful stay! Clean, safe, and friendly helpful staff! The rooms for 1 are small but I was more than happy with it and the size was advertised accurately. And with the amount of families I saw, I’m sure they found their rooms great too. Location is great for coffee, breakfast and dinner with restaurants just down the street.

A convenient place to stay overnight on a business or leisure trip. A small single room was fine for my needs. Wifi, reasonable shower, clean, quiet. Breakfast so so, but adequate. I was recommended a nearby pub that did good food which was a historic and interesting place, with real ales.

This hotel is in a great location if you're looking to travel in/out of Paddington Station. The room was good sized (typical UK hotel rooms tend to be a bit on the small side). We just had the continental breakfast which was perfect.
