Amazing room, very clean. Happy to store our small case while we explored after checkout.

Stayed for 1 night with my daughter. We were given an extra room because it was available so we had more space between us. Rooms were cosy, comfortable and very clean. Bathrooms were spotless with toiletries and fluffy towels. Complimentary late check out because room was available. Great location for the o2. Great food and drinks in the pub. The service all round was excellent especially from Riley. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Alarms going off constantly for nearly 2.5 hours the police arrived and were talking and shining lights. No sleep, got up and left. As per normal I expect nothing from hotels.com. A complete waste of money
