This hotel turned out to be a delightful little gem. The rooms are small but very comfortable and quiet. The location was convenient. The atmosphere felt very traditional, charming and well, British. But the best part was the staff- from the front desk to the bellmen to the waiter in the restaurant, they each had a lovely way of making us feel taken care of during our brief stay.
