This was my third time staying at the Chesterfield Mayfair. The staff are always very welcoming and helpful-getting taxis, and service inside the restaurant for breakfast, for example. And they were accommodating to my special request to have a room equipped with walk-in shower. And the breakfast offerings and dinner at their Butler’s restaurant were excellent.

This hotel is better than I ever could have imagined. The service was phenomenal and started before we even arrived. They truly care and take amazing care of their guests. The Chesterfield is a beautiful hotel in Mayfair in a wonderful location within walking distance to many restaurants and bars and close to Green Park and Buckingham Palace. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. I especially enjoyed the rooftop bar and downstairs piano bar. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A slight inconvenience was my room (301) was adjacent to a pass through utility room that the maids use but noise was only the case during daily checkout.

The room was as clean as I've ever seen a hotel room and all the staff went over and above to help. The only thing I would mention is the hotel suffers a bit because of the dirty streets that surround it, not the hotels fault but time we had some pride in are surroundings. Time for Westminster council to invest in some cleaning

We had a flying visit due to attending a concert at Wembley so wasn’t able to take advantage of the hotel other than to sleep. Every staff member we encountered was polite, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We booked the entry level room as knew we wouldn’t be spending much time in it. It was small but not unmanageable. Would definitely stay again.
