Good location, clean space, nice kitchenette but only 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 forks etc so could have been more. Also didn't realise it was BYOOG (Bring your own oven gloves) so using the oven meant using a bath towel. Our room did smell of cigarettes slightly but wasn't too bad. I would stay here again for the right price. Air con very good, nice and quiet street.

Very nice property, location is good towards clissold park. Helpful staff-Ali was very helpful in arranging a room with view and late checkout. Definitely go there again

For what I needed and location it was prefect for one night - the need was more about location than anything else. Room was clean and had everything that I needed. Bed small so lucky it was just one person as it wasn’t really big enough for two. Really really bad smell from bathroom - like rotten cabbage, think it was the shower drain.

Very clean, on a quiet street with helpful staff. We had a lovely few days with a good nights sleep, no disturbances. Useful to have the staffed reception. Note the building has no sign outside so make sure you look at the photo to know which it is - No. 20.

Room was clean with all amenities. Spacious and kitchentte was a big plus as we have a child and need to prepare for her meals like oats/milks. Location is also very nice. Near to all main locations to visit. Frequency of bus and metro is also very good.

Very very nice place! Close to Arsenal, which was the reason we were here. And staff was superfriendly staff! Especially Nikila who met us upon arrival and helped us with everytwe asked. We will definitely be back!

Great base for a weekend trip to London

This place had everything you need! Comfortable, clean and in 30 degree weather we LOVED the air conditioning. Staff were great and check in and out was relatively straight forward. It was a great location and we would definitely stay again.

Nice room to look at, clean, however, drain in the bathroom sink was backed up and bring up stuff that we hadn’t put down the drain… it also absolutely reeked. Also kept up through the night due to very thin walls and doors being slammed constantly. However if you can get past these things, it’s a really good location and a generally nice hotel, just definitely needs the sink fixing
