A good hotel in a good location with lovely, helpful staff, and a great breakfast. We would use the hotel again. However, I have given a score of 4, not a 5, because whilst the bedroom was very good, the bathroom was in need of a bit of tlc from a maintenance perspective that I'd happily discuss with the hotel.

The hotel is in a fantastic location 5 min walk from Tower of London and tube station. The room was fab and in a quiet location at the back of the hotel. Breakfast is lovely. You order from a menu for the hot breakfast and then there is a self service selection of pastries, fruit and cereals. Would recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay again when we visit London again.

The hotel is really good and staff were very pleasant and helpful. It is also in a great location, within easy/casual walking distance to many premium historic sites an tourist attractions. The hotel breakfast is great too, although there are many eating/drinking options close by.
