The staff was very friendly and helpful! We had supper at the pub downstairs a couple of times and our food was fantastic. The area was mostly quiet (the World Cup finals were on while we were there, so that was exciting) and an easy tune line to the big tourist attractions. Would definitely stay there again’

Nice and spacious room above a stylish, renovated pub. Friendly staff and buses, bicycles and underground nearby. The spanish style menu in the pub is bit overpriced compared to the many options around. The pub closes before midnight so no worries about noise in the night, it’s very quiet.

It was very clean and a lovely room! The staff were friendly, our meal was excellent in the bar downstairs! Downside the sash windows although lovely rattled all night with the wind! Also the final stairs to our room had no hand rail so a bit dicey coming down with bags! But a lovely place!

Spacious room with a separate bathroom, all very clean and well presented. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Only gripe - the hot water in the shower was not working in the morning! The heating was on and strangely the hot water in the sink in the bathroom was fine, but the shower was cold.

Wonderful, friendly check in. Room was excellent. Spotless, quiet and lovely hot shower. The pub is great with excellent tapas. It’s in a great spot ( we were going to Craven Cottage) so plenty to do and see in the area. Would absolutely recommend and hope to be back next season.

From the moment I checked in until I left everything was smooth, rooms are great and personal unlike the branded hotel, clean and spacious rooms, no noise at all from the pub downstairs!
