The room was very clean and the beds are comfortable. There is no AC but there were two fans that cooled the room quickly. Luggage storage prior to check-in was easy and secure. They labeled each bag and kept them behind the desk then delivered them to the room while we were out.

Hotel is in a fabulous spot for train travel to or from Kings X St Pancras and also walking distance to Oxford Street and Covent Garden. However room was nothing like what is on website so know rooms are very small and there is NO LiFT with lots of windy stairs. Staff were very helpful to assist.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel is not great. The walls are thin, the floors creek, and you can hear the trains going by every few minutes. The shower is a part of the bathroom and stays wet all night. Got a horrible nights sleep for 2 nights. On a positive note, convenient to be that close to the major train and tube hubs.

This was our 2nd stay in May, being only a few minutes walk from the Eurostar terminal. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, although on the small side. The shower was good. We enjoyed the bar, open to late!

I would stay here again. It's incredibly convenient to get to the station and from there anywhere. The hotel isn't a Ritz which is why it's so much cheaper but if you're looking for a place to sleep that's reasonably clean and well kept them this is it. The staff was very helpful when asked questions. They allow bag drop before your check in time which was super helpful.
