This was our 2nd stay in May, being only a few minutes walk from the Eurostar terminal. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, although on the small side. The shower was good. We enjoyed the bar, open to late!

You're paying for the location here and it is worth it if you're staying one night to catch a train in the morning. The bathroom was cold, grimey and had no hand towels. Beds were comfortable and clean. This room was fine for what we needed but it is very bare bones and I wouldn't recommend it for a multi night stay if you're over 25. The lounge was cute and staff were pleasant.

The rooms are warm. There is no AC at all. They give you a fan. We liked the convenience to the train stations, but would stay elsewhere if traveling again. Hallways are very narrow with no elevator. Staff is nice and helpful.

The hotel was clean and looked nicely renovated. My main problems were the mattress was springy and soft. The walls were also very thin, so you can hear everything including footsteps from room above and snoring from room next door (not joking!!).
