Great location in Bermondsey. Not far from London Bridge station. Staff were very friendly. The room was great - working AC and the bed was super comfortable. The interior could do with a bit of a refurbish, but I can’t complain because everything was in working order. I would stay here again!

I really liked this hotel and will stay again. Great location, quiet but very near Tower Bridge and London Bridge. Fantastic customer service at the front desk and on the phone. Great room with lovely large desk. Well functioning air conditioning.

The room was really uncomfortable (one chair only, two only hangers, no wardrobe). Breakfasts were fine and the personnel in the hotel is really helpful, the problem is only related to the rooms!

Great location and easy walking distance to tubr , markets , tower bridge , food and drink options , friendly staff with easy check in and out , room perhaps a little tired although clean and great size . Slight concern was small step into the bathroom which after 3 trips and almost injuring myself we put a white towel down to highlight it and avoid any further accidents
