The hotel location is excellent, very close to subways, many restaurants nearby, walking distance to many tourist attractions places. But rooms are very small, double bed is too small for two people, bed mattress was not comfortable. When we were there just happened in London heat wave, with no AC, room is almost unbearable!

The "flat" (really a bedsit, but a very nice bedsit) was comfortable and well equipped. The windows opened properly for ventilation and it was amazing to wake up to the sound of people playing tennis in the gardens outside and to see fully grown trees just outside the windows. The crescent where the accommodation is situated is very quiet, yet close to tube stations, the British Museum, UCL and many eateries.

Not all room types have air conditioning, so be sure to check before booking. The mattress could use an upgrade, as I could feel the springs while sleeping. The shower’s hot water control is quite counterintuitive, and it took me a while to figure out how to adjust the temperature properly. On the positive side, the kitchen is well equipped, and the laundry room is free and convenient, making longer stays more comfortable

Too much climbing stairs for older people to the highest floor. Top floor too hot. At least screens should be placed in windows and some form of better ventilation, Otherwise assistance with luggage should be considered for top floors.
