The staff were extremely helpful. The property hoops very grand but a bit dated. Perfect for international Euostar Travellers as you can access the St Pancras International station from inside the hotel. Overall a great stay.

What an amazing and beautiful location. Do yourself a favor and spend the money to stay here at least once. You will not regret it. All of the amenities are wonderful, the staff is impeccable, and the property is beyond gorgeous. I splurged for my 60th birthday and did not regret a minute of it.

Excellent hotel, room was great, service was amazing, everyone is so accommodating and friendly. I had a great stay. The fact that it is literally right at the train station made everything so easy. It also has access to the underground which was very convenient as well. The restaurant was great and so were the ones in the complex.
