The room was very clean and the staff were professional. The room was extremely small, no room for a chair as pictured in their advertisement. Only place to sit was the bed and no place to unpack anything. Great location close to Kings Cross Station. No elevator ( as advertised) and we were on the second floor with 4 flights of stairs.

The room is small but has all the essentials. However, I booked a Deluxe room and it didn't come with any of the extras I paid for. Breakfast starts at 8am so if you have to catch an early train or have a meeting first thing, you miss the breakfast you paid for. The rooms face a very noisy main road and didn't have any sleep.

Stayed here for one night brilliant distance to King’s Cross 5 min walk so good as a base. Staff more than helpful and was nice and clean room was a little tight for space but this wasn’t an issue.

Although the room was tiny it was new as was the bed and bedding. Great size TV with that had everything. Wouldn’t stay there for long but as a quick stay to connect with Kings Cross St Pancras’s station it was perfect.
