The Staff were outstanding in providing service, counsel, assistance and guidance. They were responsive to our every question and need. The room was snug, for 3 of us, but the location was great. Staff help with our luggage and our transportation to the airport was excellent.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant. Most major sightseeing spots were within walking distance, which was very convenient. However, there were very few restaurants nearby, which made dining options somewhat limited.

Wonderful 4 night stay in a family suite with 4 people. The staff was incredible and responsive to your every needs. The hotel feels like you’re in a vacation home and with private spaces and a secluded location. Close to everything and yet super quiet and comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to book the St Ermin’s again when I return to London in the future!

Lovely hotel

Hotel lovely, room nice and clean and comfortable. The only negative was the shower very low, and inside a small bath so not suitable for tall or large people and the floorboards very creaky in the room and up above on the next level.
