The Sofitel St James was nice but definitely not worth the price we paid. I did not feel that this was a true luxury hotel. The beds were also very uncomfortable. I believe that I did not get the room I paid for as I had a combined shower and tub but was supposed to have a separate one. The location was nice with everything close by.

Stayed for our 10year Anniversary and it was wonderful! Fantastic service and beautiful room. We ate at Wild Honey which was incredible.. one of the best hotels and restaurants in London.

We came to the hotel to celebrate a birthday and a wedding anniversary and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. They put two pieces of cake in our bedroom and gave us a handwritten card saying congratulations. The area around the hotel is lovely, very walkable, and so easy to get to shows.
