What a great stay! The hotel is stylish and imaginative, with wonderful little extras, like a glass of wine when you check in and a coffee when you check out. The staff are kind, the rooms have deliciously soft beds and great lighting, and the breakfast was superb restaurant-quality food. This is the best London hotel I've ever experienced. Also, the area is fantastic, full of interesting restaurants and shops, with fun little alleys to explore, yet right by Liverpool St Station. Brilliant!

The room, the staff, the attention to my concerns. The management and I had a very good conversation regarding a matter and they were patient, kind and understanding.
