Just not worth the price. We also found a $25 random charge after returning home. I suspect the bell man tripped the fridge sensor when showing us the room, which is annoying. The toilet was broken. The bed was soft and moved. No smart TV. Shower was nice and the gym was nice. Also had a really nice Deco inspired bar area, which was great. Honestly for $750 a night just pay the extra $150 and stay at the four seasons.

Thank you so much to the wonderful team at the Sheraton Grand who made my wife’s ‘big’ birthday weekend celebrations so enjoyable for us and our two children. The beautiful bottle of champagne and card from the staff when we got into the room was a lovely touch which showed us how we’d absolutely made the right decision to return for such a special weekend. Overall this hotel was brilliant and is an extremely luxurious place to stay. However we had some hiccups which dampened our overall experience. We confirmed twice ahead of our arrival, and again on check in, that we were travelling with children, yet their beds weren’t even in the room, let alone set up, when we checked in. Not having this caused some issues for us given it was later in the evening and we had travelled a way to get there. We found the concierge and housekeeping staff brilliant, responsive, and helpful. They should be commended on their work. We had access to the lounge, for food, which was ok. Most times far too busy to get a seat and there wasn’t enough clean cutlery on several occasions. However we still enjoyed our time at the Sheraton and would return!
