It was nice. We got a nice room in a different building though. But was okay. Cleaned everyday. Bed was veryyyyy comfortable. The most needed thing when you come back after busy day spent outside. Building needs a bit refurbishing rest was alright.

very close to Paddington station with direct train to Heathrow, room basic, lots of dining options close by. no lift and you have to carry bags up stairs to accommodation rooms

Thought this was a perfectly fine budget hotel until I woke up covered in bites, really quite severe (approximately 30 on mostly my face, neck and hands). I asked to change room which they were happy to arrange, but more bites the next morning.

Room was filthy shower curtain was mouldy hair in the sink carpet full of stains and the bedding had a foul odour as well as the towels definitely would not be stopping here again
