Fantastic hotel which is in a great location, staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. Bar closes quite early and it’s a bit pricey compared to other places but it’s very nice. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at this new hotel (about 3 months since opening) for 1 night. Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The decor is unique and interesting, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. The room we had was on a side street just off Kensington High Street. The room was quiet and dark. It also had air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The hotel itself is located about a brisk 15-minute walk to the Royal Albert Hall and about 20 minutes to the big museums. All in all, a very pleasant stay at a fantastic, conveniently located hotel.

Staff were really friendly, allowing us to check in early and looking after our bags after we’d checked out. When we popped back in and out of the hotel during our stay they regularly checked that everything was okay with the rooms or if we needed anything. The room was cosy with all the amenities we needed. Well decorated, clean, cosy and in a great location about a 5 minute walk from the nearest tube station.

The property is in a great location - a few minutes walk to two metro stations. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around. The property itself is really nice, very cool modern decor. Our room had issues with the AC unit, so the heat did not work the first night we were there. The staff tried to address it when we brought it up to them. Overall, it was a good stay.

Great rooms, a bit small but everything you need. Clean. Great location on Kensington High Street and close to Olympia Expo. Although make sure you get a detailed receipt for breakfast each morning as you only get it as a lump sum at check out. Ours was clearly wrong but there was no way to check what was charged.
