The room was recently renovated and clean. The staff is friendly and the grab and go breakfast is good. The location is central. The hotel is currently under renovation so one of the elevators is being used by the crew during working hours and there is construction noise and work going on during the day. Although the central location makes it fairly easy to go places. The hotel is located on Dundas Street downtown and directly next door is a Hope House which poses issues especially after dark when walking downtown.

Room was good really liked the amount of space included was surprised there was stuff to use in the kitchenette the bed was comfortable I liked the size an comfort it provided. The only complaint I have was based on the quality of the breakfast my man an I were expecting a breakfast like a buffet style food was not the greatest but was okay overall experience of the stay we enjoyed especially the quite was so nice just didnt like the area outside

Great stay before a concert at Canada Life Place. Very easy walk to get there and plenty of restaurants along the way. Hotel staff was very helpful and our room suite comfortable. Nice underground parking that is secured. We would definitely stay here again!

We had to switch rooms as our door would not lock. Good thing we checked. The bathroom fan was VERY loud (think elephant) in the new room. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was good. But really, far too expensive for what we got, especially with parking an additional charge yet on top.

Value for money was good. No complaints. It's a bit older and "weathered". Clearly not renovated in many many years. Room was clean and that's all I needed. If you are just looking for a place to largely sleep while in London and won't be spending time in the hotel otherwise, I recommend based on the value.
