Great base for whatever you're doing in Notting Hill/Kensington. The rooms on the back of the property have a view of a parking lot and not much else, but they are crypt-quiet, so I can't really complain.

Loved our stay at Ruby. They got us in for early check in, everything was spotless, and the hotel staff was super friendly! Specifically Carlos and Leah at the front desk. They were so nice and accommodating. They also make great mimosas!

The bed and pillows are super comfortable and I had one of the best sleeps during my two-week trip. The room was just like the photos - clean, modern, chic - and also very quiet. Having hot weter for tea and coffee and ironing available in a communal area on every floor is a fantastic idea! The area is also very walkable to so many nice areas! Will definitely come back!

A clean, modern oasis in a beautifully leafy part

First time at the hotel despite walking past quite a few times! Lovely, modern rooms, clean, bright, convenient. Especially liked the unlimited gallery kitchens on my floor for tea and coffee from a hot water tap - not kettle. Good rate and Holland Park is just a beautiful part of the world. Would stay again.
