Nice modern very clean hotel but staff were unhelpful at check in as though it was to much bother to explain how to activate your room key etc…Also having no tea or coffee facilities in the room instead I had to walk out and around the landing to find the sink and tea and coffee a little strange!

The stay was nice hotel and amenities were good, but the hotel charged me again when I had already paid Expedia. For some reason it was cheaper than what I had paid Expedia for as well - by £20. I spoke to the lady at the desk and told her I’d paid and she said I hadn’t, so I paid and then I saw online that both payments were gone. Nobody followed this up, I’ve since had to chase and I’m waiting for an answer.
