Hotel was conveniently located near Paddington station which was a plus. Staff was friendly and we got to check in a little early. Room and bathroom were small but that is to be expected for a European hotel. Overall a very positive experience.

Clean, safe, warm and dry. Lots of hot water for the showers. Could have used at least one more outlet. I unexpectedly had to increase my stay 2 days and the uoung man on the desk helped me gind the best rate.

The rooms are very small and warm. The layout of the hotel is a bit confusing, The elevator is very small and there was no breakfast at all. However, it was reasonably priced and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a good value for us, relatively close to Paddington train station, and served its purpose.

The room was very clean and the staff is helpful. The location is perfect because it's close to Paddington station, shops, restaurants, Kensington Gardens, and Hyde Park. The only thing to be aware of is that the upper floors do not have air conditioning, so if you are from the States, and its summer, you might want to see if you can get a room on the lower level. They do have fans, and there is a breeze so if you have a room on the top floor that does help. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Cambridge and would stay there again.

We stayed one night and it was fine, the stairs down to the basement are a bit tricky, other than that, the room and bathroom were a decent size and with no window we had aircon which was amazing on the hot day we were there. I wouldn't stay for longer than a couple of days, but its location is great, would go back.

Location was great as it is really close to Paddington Station. Family room was perfect for our group of 5 and everything was very clean. They no longer serve breakfast or provide airport shuttles but the Heathrow Express is still the best option from Paddington Station.
