It is quite clean. Though the room is small, for an Asian lady of my size, it is good enough. It is a few min walk to Paddington Station, easy access to public transport and to Heathrow Express for airport.

Great location in with walking distance to paddington station and trains connecting you to the airports. Hotel was quiet, beds comfy and a location that couldn’t be beat for the price. Not many amenities but if you are on holiday in London who needs to spend time in their hotel anyway.

Overall it was fine for a one night stay which is what we did, I think there is a lot they need to fix but other than it was fine for our short stay! The aircon made a ton of noise and the people above were practising for their marching band. (Thin walls) We were in the "basement" room so it could have been a one off. Hopefully they sort the lock and aircon for the next guests.

Would like a breakfast option even a basic cereal and toast. Rooms very hot. Road outside quite noisy. Staff great. Luggage storage facility, location to Paddington 5min walk, and local cafes restaurants and corner shops on doorstep. Safe area.

The hotel is in a row of older, converted 3 storey townhouses. We had room 1, on the main floor. It was okay for 1 night, but I wouldn't want to stay in it for any longer. The only reason for that is the size of it. I knew it would be small, but it was VERY small. The bathroom was very tight, the shower enclosure even tighter. On the good side, the building and room were very clean and it's in a good location. It's a short walk to Paddington Station along London St., giving easy access to the tube and rail lines. There are numerous restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood.

Hotel was fine. Would have been nice to have two keys, it was inconvenient with only one when there was two of us, but they didn't have enough cards. Room was awkward with two doors to get into bedroom. Using the bathroom was very noisy, because of the squeaky door, in the middle of the night.

The bed was on castors which caused it to continually slip away from the head board leaving a gap as you slept. There was some broken wood around the head board and generally a few maintenance issues needed attention. Otherwise a quiet and comfortable stay.
