Lovely historical home with great art. The location is close to Paddington, very convenient. The staff were very friendly and even insisted I take an umbrella which turned out very handy. The building is older so you hear some stairs creaking but nothing terrible and did not impact sleep.

This was my second stay for a business trip. All the staff were very kind and polite. The rooms were simple yet had a distinctly British feel and were very clean, making them very comfortable. However, because the building is old, you can often hear footsteps from the upstairs and the floor creaking. Also, I personally found the fixed showerhead, rather than a handheld one, inconvenient. Aside from that, it's a wonderful hotel.

Overall, Roseate House is in a prime location, and the staff is wonderful, their attention to detail and helpfulness makes the experience. highly recommend staying in this fabulous place! We were on the sixth floor gorgeous views would totally choose to stay there again if we revisit London! The staff was super helpful, super friendly, and we could not have had a better stay in London! So close to Paddington Station for access to trains to the airport & other places.
